Service Description

These fully customizable sessions are for those with multiple physical or spiritual injuries to focus on and 2-hour sessions just aren't quite enough. These 3.5hr sessions help move stuck energies and tissues that are stuck from decades of untreated injury. An example of a customized session would be one hour on each leg and the rest of the time doing Craniosacral Therapy and on the upper body, or 1.5 hrs of a full energy session + Massage It is vital that you honor yourself by being well-hydrated before your appointment, and immediately after going for a walk around the block. Allowing your body to integrate before getting in a vehicle, then rest the remainder of the day. Failing to hydrate or rest can result in a healing crisis where your body or mind goes into shock from a lack of resting after deep work. Do not drink alcohol within 48 hours of this session and bring snacks for after in case your blood sugar levels drop.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows are charged full price.
